🛒 Orders & Products

Are your products in stock?

All ChristCowboy products are made-to-order (Print on Demand). This means your item is created after you place an order, ensuring every piece is fresh and custom-printed just for you.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because items are sent to production quickly, orders usually cannot be canceled or changed once production begins. If you need assistance, please email us at support@christcowboy.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Will multiple items in my order ship together?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Since we work with different U.S. print facilities, your items may ship in separate packages. Don’t worry—you’ll get tracking for each package.

What materials are your shirts made from?

Most of our shirts are high-quality cotton/polyester blends (like Bella+Canvas). They are soft, breathable, and durable for everyday wear.

Will the print fade after washing?

Our prints are designed to last! To keep them looking their best, wash inside-out on cold, tumble dry low, avoid bleach, and never iron directly on the print.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 2–4 business days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

United States: 3–7 business days after production (total 5–10 days).
International: 7–15 business days after production (total 9–19 days).

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping within the U.S. may include free options during promotions. International orders are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, most orders can be shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but delivery times may vary.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (at no cost to you). For size changes or change of mind, customers cover return shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Do I need to return an item to get a replacement?

Usually no. For defective or incorrect items, just send us photos and we’ll send you a replacement without requiring you to ship the item back.

What items cannot be returned?

Worn/washed items, underwear, personal-use items, clearance/final-sale products, or anything missing original tags/packaging.

What if I received the wrong size, color, or design?

Contact us with photos at support@christcowboy.com and we’ll quickly send a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay (depending on your region).

Is it safe to shop on ChristCowboy?

Yes! Our store is powered by Shopify with SSL encryption and trusted payment providers, so your data is secure.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are only refunded if the item is defective or if we sent the wrong product.

Not yet! We’re currently online-only, shipping directly from U.S. fulfillment centers.

Yes—if you’d like to order for a church group, youth camp, or special event, email us at support@christcowboy.com for custom pricing.
